SHIPPING WITHIN INDIA

  • We offer free shipping on all domestic orders.

  • Delivery times depend on courier partners and your location. In certain areas, delivery may take longer. We will notify you in such cases—please check your emails for updates.

  • If you need a product by a specific date, please contact our team in advance, and we will update you accordingly.

  • Ensure that you provide the complete address with the correct pin code to avoid loss or return of goods.

  • Unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, transport strikes) may delay shipments. If this occurs, we will notify you promptly.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • Free international shipping on orders above ₹40,000 (not applicable on sale items).

  • Orders are shipped through reliable shipping partners. Please allow 10-15 working days for delivery. Some areas may take longer due to customs clearance.

  • Import duties, customs, and local sales taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges must be paid to release the order from customs.

  • No returns or exchanges are accepted for international orders.


EXCHANGE POLICY

  • We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction.

  • If you receive a damaged product, you may exchange it within 3 days from the date of delivery.

  • Customers must bear courier charges for returns; we will cover the cost of sending the replacement.


ORDERS AND CANCELLATIONS

  • As our products are specially made for you, orders once placed cannot be canceled, exchanged, or refunded.
